The magnetic system is manufactured using high-performance rare earth neodymium iron boron (NdFeB) permanent magnets with high remanence, high coercivity, and strong magnetic energy product, combined with special high magnetic permeability materials to create a powerful and stable magnetic field.The roller surface magnetic intensity can reach 10,000–16,000 Gauss, featuring high magnetic field strength, large magnetic gradient, and strong magnetic attraction capability. Compared with traditional magnetic separators, this equipment provides higher separation accuracy and better recovery performance, especially suitable for processing fine-grained magnetic minerals and materials with low magnetic content.During operation, the raw materials enter the equipment through the feeding hopper and are evenly distributed onto the conveyor belt by the vibrating feeding device. When the materials pass through the high-gradient magnetic field area, magnetic particles are attracted by the strong magnetic force and attach to the surface of the conveyor belt. Under the combined effects of gravity, magnetic force, centrifugal force, and friction force, the magnetic materials move forward with the belt until they leave the magnetic field area and are discharged into the magnetic material collection bin.Product featuresThe structure is simple, with high rigidity, making it suitable for high-efficiency production in harsh environments.
